At NANBI Designed By Jaleesa, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. This Refund Policy details our procedures regarding returns, refunds and exchanges for purchases made through our website, Nanbinyc.com.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products, including special orders and personalized items.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

NANBI Designed By Jaleesa does not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Sale Items

    All sale items are final sale and are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for items purchased at a discounted price during a sale event. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review their purchases before completing the transaction.

    We only replace Sale items if they are defective. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@nanbi.com.

    Shipping Returns

    To return your product, contact info@nanbi.com for the return address.

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
